Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Empowherstore.com.

All products sold on Empowherstore.com are custom made to order. Each item is produced specifically for the purchaser after an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on personal preference or ordering errors.

This includes situations such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong item, color, or design, ordering an incorrect quantity, or changing your mind after purchase. Placement of an order confirms that all selections are correct and approved.

Quality or Fulfillment Issues

If there is an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if the item arrives damaged, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue. For verified quality or fulfillment issues, we will provide either a free replacement or a refund at our discretion. In these cases, you are not required to return the product.

How to Report an Issue

Quality or fulfillment issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery by contacting orders@mybundlesvip.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Photos of the packing slip and shipping label may also be requested.

Nonreturnable Items

Because all products on Empowherstore.com are custom produced, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom items, items ordered incorrectly, items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, sale or promotional items, or gift cards.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for verified quality or fulfillment issues will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
