Custom Made to Order Shipping Notice

All products sold on Empowherstore.com are custom made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, orders do not ship immediately.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production and shipping timelines outlined below.

Order Processing and Production Time

Orders typically require 7 to 10 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment. This timeframe includes customization, production, quality checks, and packaging. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, seasonal demand, or supply availability.

Shipping Timeframes

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and varies by carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control are not the responsibility of Empowherstore.com.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Empowherstore.com ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or is marked as delivered but not received, contact orders@mybundlesvip.com so we can assist with next steps where possible. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit delays rests with the carrier.
