These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through Empowherstore.com.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

Custom Made to Order Products

All products sold on Empowherstore.com are custom made to order. Each item is produced specifically for the purchaser after an order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our products, orders are considered final once production begins.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be produced based on the selections made at checkout, including size, color, quantity, and design or logo selection where applicable.

Order Review and Limited Modification Window

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement by contacting orders@mybundlesvip.com. Approval of any cancellation or modification request is not guaranteed and is subject to whether production has already begun. Orders often enter production quickly.

Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded. After the 24 hour window has passed, or once production begins, the order is locked and considered final.

Production and Shipping

Orders typically require 7 to 10 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and varies by carrier and destination.

Empowherstore.com ships within the United States only. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control are not the responsibility of Empowherstore.com.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing, product offerings, or availability at any time without notice.

Accuracy of Order Information

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing your purchase. Empowherstore.com is not responsible for errors resulting from customer selections, including selecting the wrong size, color, style, design, or ordering an incorrect quantity.

Placement of an order confirms that all selections are accurate and approved.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and branding elements, is the property of Empowherstore.com or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowherstore.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the site.
